CALIFORNIA RANCHO
This small 1930’s bungalow was transformed into an early rancho-style structure with its interiors and landscaping conceived by TCA. The combination of interior vigas and posts, undulating plaster walls and wide board flooring, along with Spanish and Monterey furnishings and Native American accents all combine to make a captivating, historical statement reflecting 19th century Spanish structures.
